The Annual Diversity Inclusion Summit is intended to provide a space for professionals of color and their allies to exchange lived experiences and share a space for dialogue. We shape this space to mirror what WE as professionals of color need, especially in our current climate. In its 3rd year, the MACUHO Diversity Committee is just as dedicated to cultivating these conversations for Student Affairs professionals at all levels. This year’s focus is on Racial Equity within our Profession. We will tackle a variety of topics of through the use of panels and symposium-style breakout sessions such as:

  • Impostor syndrome
  • Political contexts of culture in Higher Education
  • Self-care of marginalized identities

Your voice is integral to these conversations as we guide one another through our experiences, delve into the impacts of policy on marginalized identities, and share best practices. Most importantly, we strive to authentically support one another and our students. Join us this year in this robust dialogue on April 27, 2018 with our hosts at William Paterson University!
