Committees: Personal & Professional Development

The Personal and Professional Development committee provides a system to grow and develop in the region through a variety of activities, social events, and professional networking opportunities at the Annual Conference. Each year, the major undertaking of the Personal and Professional Development Committee is the Mid-Atlantic Placement Conference (MAPC). Additionally, this committee creates networking opportunities for professionals at all levels within the region; challenges MACUHO members to grow in all areas of personal and professional development and encourages programming efforts in a variety of areas surrounding wellness issues; provides the following programs and services:

Mid-Atlantic Placement Conference
New Professional Case Study Competition @ Annual Conference
Common Ground Room @ Annual Conference (co-sponsored with Diversity Committee)
