(Annual rates include three issues: Spring, Fall and Winter.) The three-issue cycle can begin with any issue and advertisement may change any issue (size cannot increase).

Artwork should be sent via e-mail attachment to the address below. All issues of the MACUHO newsletter are electronic and ads may be any combination of colors. Deadlines for submissions are as follows:

• Winter Edition - January 15th, 2011Advertisements due by January 7, 2011
• Spring/Summer Edition 2011Advertisements due by March 15, 2011
• Fall Edition 2011Advertisements due by August 15, 2011
